Why I picked this topic

We picked this topic for science fair because one of the hardest stains to get out is the tomato sauce stain. Also mothers have a very hard time getting these horrible tomato sauce stains out so we compared products from Vanish to Sprite and picked the best one.

What was the most interesting part of this project - why

The most interesting part of this topic was because Vanish did not work as well we thought it would, in fact it was the worst product we used. Also we was not surprised that bleach worked the best, but we learned that bleach also as well as cleaning but also wrecks the cloth.

What was the hardest thing about the investigation - why

The hardest thing was figuring out what to use instead of a washing machine because if we used a washing machine the products would have mixed, so we ended up using a scrubbing brush. Next time we think we should use something else instead of a washing machine and a scrubbing brush.

What would you do differently next time - why

We think next time we should find a better solution of cleaning the stains instead of a washing machine and a scrubbing brush. Also we think that instead of using cloth for the tests we should use actual white clothing.

We went to the science fair on the 9th August with my class and Room 4 to look if we got anything. Unfortunately we got nothing but it was fun making it.
