A Talking Lunch - August the 5th

One day.... Ding Doooonnng! Oh sorry it's lunch time I better go and eat. But I knew something was wrong because a gust of purple wind flew into my lunch box, I ran and checked my lunch to see if the gust of purple wind had done something  it had done something the apple and sandwich . I took my lunch box and took a seat outside with my friends. I almost took a bite and heard "Don't eat me! Don't eat me! I know I'm your lunch but please DO NOT EAT ME!!" The sandwich said, I could hardly believe my ears the sandwich was talking to me I out my samwich down and started talking " how can you talk you're my lunch?" I said surprised " "I'm your lunch too why aren't you eating me" the apple shouted. "Okay, I need too ask you something" but before I could finish my sentence the apple and sandwich shouted "WHAT?" "You could be nicer about it though" I said "but we are food, we don't know any manners" said the sandwich "true, true but I need to ask you a question" I paused "was it the purple wind that made you have faces so you can talk." I said. "Yes!" Said the apple "it's obvious isin't it" "yes and no" I said "why did you say yes and no? It is obvious!" "Because ...." I said but I didn't finish... Another gust of purple wind flew into my lunch box. This time I looked at them but they had no faces!! "Oh well" I said taking a bite of my sandwich. 

THE TITANIC

This is me and Emma's Titanic project. We got told to do plan our questions and how we are going to present it. We made a village where the Titanic from we also made the titanic at sea crashing into the iceberg.

I Wish I Was Day

Today it was I wish I was day to raise money for Hawera intermediate. I dressed up as a super hero such as Super Girl, I chose the costume because I like having capes on costumes and I can pretent to fly! 

Colours and Feelings

The colour blue makes me feel sad because when you are crying blue-clear tears pour out of your eyes.
The colour brown makes me feel bored because brown is a dull colour.
The colour red makes me feel saw because red is the colour of your blood.
The colour pink makes me feel excited because its a girls party colour.
The green makes me feel brave and adventurous because it reminds me of fighting in forest stories.

Friends

Today a lady Mrs Hartly came to talk to us about making friends. Mrs Hartley came because there are 5 new people in our class and so she comes once a week. She taught us about Empathy, empathy is when you see someone else who is hurt and it has happened to you, you could feel it too. Some examples and they are: someone fell off their bike and you have done that to they feel sad you might feel sorry for them. Then we got three people and asked them what we are different from and these have what I got:

Heidi likes netball and so do I.               She has her ears parsed.
Ephraim likes to play on Technology.        He rides motor bikes.
Oil likes to eat ice cream.                       He's got brown hair.

My Friut and Vege Creation

This is my Fruit and Veges creation I made a boat out of pumpkin it was really hard to cut. We cut it with a saw!! There are gherkins going fishing with happy face. It's called All Aboard (above.)
